Yes. Our platform utilizes compliant e-signature partners that adhere to the UAE Federal Law regarding Electronic Transactions. However, we always recommend parties have their own legal counsel review standard terms.
Do I have to pay to keep my listing active?
No. Listing on Wasana is entirely free for Lessors. We operate strictly on a success-fee model.
